In the last years I’ve worked on improving the User Experience (UX) of digital products and services. I also have experience with graphic design, in addition to having a bachelor’s degree in visual and industrial design, from the School of Industrial Design at the State University of Rio de Janeiro. I confidently navigate through the design stages, respecting and advocating in favor of all its development phases. I have good skills in research, design requirements gathering, interviews with stakeholders, facilitation, user interface design, low and high fidelity prototyping, user testing, and design handoff for development. I’m also completing an MBA in AI, Machine Learning and Big Data for business. I see my self as a designer period. I know that in a business sense we have to label ourselves as something within the large design umbrella, but I’ve seen those labels changing, I’ve seen the tools changing, and I don’t want to fit so perfectly inside a box just to watch it going to the back of a garage. The world will always need problem solvers, and when needed, I’ll be there to offer my design thinking approach, no matter how it’s called by then.
